These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of JBeauty’s website and services. By accessing or purchasing from this website, we assume you accept these Terms and Conditions. Please do not continue to use JBeauty if you do not agree to all the terms stated below.

💄 General Terms

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Return Policy:

“Client”, “Customer”, “You”, and “Your” refer to the person accessing this website or making a purchase.
“The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our”, and “Us” refer to JBeauty.

All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and payment necessary to carry out the sale of our products to the customer in accordance with applicable Lebanese law.

📦 Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all materials on the JBeauty website—including product photography, descriptions, logos, and graphics—are the property of JBeauty. You must not:

Republish, sell, or rent our content without permission.
Copy or reproduce beauty tips or product descriptions for commercial use.

✨ Product Information & Accuracy

We aim to display product shades, textures, and ingredients as accurately as possible. However:

Color Variation: Actual colors may vary slightly due to digital screen settings and photography lighting.
Skin Sensitivity: JBeauty is a retailer; we recommend performing a patch test for any new cosmetic or skincare product. We are not liable for individual skin reactions or allergies.

💳 Orders & Payments

Prices are listed in USD/LBP as applicable in the Lebanese market.
Orders are confirmed only after checkout or according to our cash-on-delivery (COD) policy.
JBeauty reserves the right to cancel an order due to stock unavailability or pricing errors.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges (The 3-Day Rule)

Due to the nature of beauty and personal care items, our policy is strict to ensure hygiene:

Window: Returns or exchanges are accepted only within 3 days of receipt.
Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
🚫 Non-Returnable: Any product that has been opened, swatched, or had its hygiene seal broken cannot be returned or exchanged for health and safety reasons.
Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong product, it must remain unopened to be eligible for a swap.
Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable. For "change of mind" exchanges (within 3 days), the customer bears the delivery cost.

❌ Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only before they have been dispatched to the courier.
If a cancellation request is made after the order has been shipped, the customer is responsible for the full delivery fee.

🛡️ Limitation of Liability

JBeauty strives to provide high-quality products. However, we do not guarantee that every product will suit your specific skin type. Use of products is at the customer's discretion. We are not liable for any misuse of products once they have been delivered.

🔒 Privacy

Your personal information (name, phone number, address) is handled securely and used only for delivery and customer service purposes. We do not sell your data to third parties.

JBeauty reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the updated terms.
